I am pleased to announce that John Caldwell, who most recently served as Managing Director National Account Sales and Specialty Sales at Delta, has been named to the position of President of MLT Vacations, combining the President and CEO roles into one. Larry Chestler, current CEO, and Ken Pomerantz, current President, will be leaving MLT Vacations. Larry and Ken have provided outstanding leadership and we wish to thank them for their contributions to MLT Vacations' success.
 

John has served for many years in leadership roles within the sales and marketing organizations first at Northwest and then at Delta. Throughout his career he has had numerous opportunities to collaborate with the marketing and sales teams at MLT to develop and implement successful programs for our travel agent customers in support of our mutual business goals. John will report directly to me, and he is looking forward to building strong relationships with the travel agency community in his new role.
 

Under John's leadership, there will be a thorough evaluation of the organization and business practices in order to identify opportunities to further expand and enhance the successful MLT business model, including identifying opportunities to deliver an even higher level of service and support to you and your clients.
