We've done most of the work to ensure a smooth transition to our new brand; however, there may be a few changes you'll need to handle with our help. 

To avoid customer confusion and potential regulatory issues, please make these changes between February 1 and March 1, 2012.

• Our Agent Assistant microsite contains the tools and information to update your websites and other materials. Start preparing for the transition now by clicking here.
• On February 1, 2012, our website: accessamerica.com will change to allianztravelinsurance.com, and the site will be updated. Updating your internal systems with our new URL and website is essential for a successful interface. For the short-term, our current URL will redirect traffic to avoid confusion.

Only our name is changing. The people you trust, our exceptional products, convenient online purchasing and award-winning customer service all will remain the same. We'll also continue delivering this superior service from our headquarters in Richmond, Virginia.

Travel Protector Classic travel insurance is for everyday domestic and international travel. It offers comprehensive coverage amounts and kids under 17 years of age are free! Classic also has several add-ons to enhance the insurance products, such as Cancel Anytime add-on and Required to Work coverage. 

Travel Protector Deluxe offers our highest levels of coverage for luxury vacations including cruises and tours. 

The Cancel Anytime plan offers the ability to cancel up to the last minute for cash. Customers receive 100% cash back for covered reasons like job loss or illness; they can receive 80% cash back for virtually any other unforeseen reason.

Allianz Global Assistance offers a Professional Travel Program for representatives and their spouses. For a nominal flat renewal fee of $34.95, representatives receive travel protection on all trips taken during a full year (365 days) from the effective date of the insurance.
