How to Request a Price
If a lower price exists in the market on a charter competitor for the exact same vacation, your passengers are eligible for a price match with Worry-Free Vacations.

·        Create a 24-hour hold reservation at www.worryfreevacationsagent.com through your CRS or by calling Reservations. (If the booking requires full payment at time of creation, call 1-888-606-9899 to make the booking.)

·        Call 1-888-606-9899, prompt # 4  and a representative will gather the competitor information and if booking meets all qualifications and terms and conditions, the competitor price will be matched on the spot.  

Booking must meet the following criteria for the price match policy: 
·        Same day of travel.
·        Same length of stay.
·        Valid for air and hotel bookings only.
·        Same property and room category.
·        Competitor must have space available at time of price match request.
·        Price match requests must match the competitor's price exactly, including all segment fees, PFCs, service charges and surcharges.
·        Competitor air service must be on charter flights (scheduled carriers not eligible for price match). Worry-Free Vacations air service must be on Omni Air, Champion Air, or Ryan Air.  

Terms and Conditions:
·        Free tickets or travel distributed by competitors are not eligible for price matching.
·        Normal cancellation penalties apply for bookings under deposit, guaranteed, or paid in full.
·        Travel agent commission is based on matched price.
·        Price match may not be combined with any other discount and must be requested within 24 hours of booking creation.
·        Any changes to a matched booking will nullify the initial matched price.
·        Insurance is not eligible for price match. 
·        MLT will conduct internal auditing after price match bookings are adjusted. If MLT Vacations finds qualifications or terms and conditions were not met, agency commission may be withheld to cover the adjusted amount and the agency may no longer be eligible for on the spot price match adjustments.
·        If the difference in price is more than $250 per person, internal auditing will be done prior to honoring the competitor price. This may take up to 4 hours.
·        On the spot price matches will be processed Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and are valid for bookings made October 17, 2005– December 31, 2006.
