AIR:
10% - Bulk Air, Air/Car booked via Web site
7% - Bulk Air, Air/Car booked via call center

Published Air 0-8% depending on the carrier and travel dates. Effective immediately, Pleasant Holidays and Hawaii World/Distinguished Resorts receive commission on Published Fares to Hawaii on Delta Airlines and Continental Airlines and will pass this onto Travel Leaders as follows:

DELTA AIRLINES (Hawaii):
4% Commission on booking classes: F-J-A-Y-B-M-H-Q-K-L-U
2% Commission for the following markets: ATL-CVG-DTW-MEN-MSP-SLC

Conditions:
All travel must be on Delta.
Valid on flights operated by Delta Connection.
Not valid on Web Fares -Zero commission to Travel Agents for T class bookings in all markets. 

CONTINENTAL AIRLINES (Hawaii):
4% Commission for booking classes B-C-D-F-G-H-J-M-Q-U-V-Y

Conditions:
All travel must be on Continental.
Valid on flights operated by Continental Express.
Fares not valid on CO code share flights.
Not valid on web fares T.
