 Criteria to earn an upfront commission level for bookings created January 1, 2012 – December 31, 2012 is based on the following 2011 departure ownership revenue:

MLT will do quarterly performance reviews to determine if agency ownership groups have met the minimum full year Preferred or Partner MLT Inc. revenue and the minimum 10% year over year growth criteria. If the criteria has been met, MLT will issue the backend commission payment through that departure quarter and change the up-front commission levels for future quarters. 

Ownerships that have met the criteria and have moved up a commission level must maintain a minimum 10% year over year increase when subsequent quarterly performance reviews are performed. If the minimum 10% year over year increase is not maintained the agency ownership group’s upfront commission level will be moved back down and MLT will cease paying any further backend commission payments.
